Imaginative, designer and environmentally friendly – that is what the "trophies" of FixedDeer are. You can simply hang them on the wall, but they can be a chandelier or a lamp stand as well. FixedDeer project started in a bicycle repair shop. Owner was tormented by the fact that so many parts goes for scrap. Throwing away still pretty handlebars and bicycle saddles is particularly painful. So the idea to use creatively these no longer needed bicycle parts came up. They became a kind of trophy.
Most of the parts used to build the "deer" are bicycle parts. Apart the saddle and handlebars, yoke of saddle pin, dynamos clamping rings, trunks, racks can also be found. Wooden stands are created at the friend-carpenter’s workshop, but they get shape and are finished in a bicycle workshop.
FixedDeer trophies are stunning – while looking at them there is no doubt that these are ethically and ecologically got back "deer". They are stylish, original, futuristic and at the same time - universal. They will fit into many different types of interiors. The problem is, that trophies go from the workshop like hot cakes. The FixedDeer inventor asks for old bicycle saddle and handlebars. After all they can get quite a new, though an unsportsmanlike life.
